Toronto Pathways—Pathways to Permanence 2: Parenting Children Who Have Experienced Trauma and Loss

The Adoption Council of Ontario is offering an 8 session, (24 Hour) curriculum for all caregivers. Pathways to Permanence 2 is a 24-hour specialized series of classes designed for foster and adoptive parents, kinship caregivers, and guardians who are parenting children who have experienced trauma and loss as a part of their history. The course provides tools, techniques and information that empower participants to effectively parent their children.

Sessions

Dates and times: Mondays; 6:00pm to 9:00pm. A group meal will be provided at 5:30pm.

Session 1: October 28, 2019
Session 2: November 4, 2019
Session 3: November 11, 2019
Session 4: November 18, 2019
Session 5: November 25, 2019
Session 6: December 2, 2019
Session 7: December 9, 2019
Session 8: December 16, 2019
